我剛剛在Facebook上讀到Sister Yasmin Mogahed寫得這篇:

If you are trying to get over a person you can’t be with, treat it like an addiction:
1. Cut yourself off from the drug completely: Cut off all communication and reminders–even if that means blocking numbers, emails, a Facebook profile, and stop checking their Facebook! This is your detox.
2. Replace it with something better: Increase in your thikr (remembrance of Allah) and get closer to Allah. If you aren’t praying your daily prayers, fix that. Pray all and pray on time. Pray qiyam in the last third of the night (just before fajr). Make duaa, tawbah (repentance), cry, plead to Allah. This is your treatment.

我只想說:This is what I did, and it worked, alhamdulillah :)
Even though I haven't completely got over him, I am not obsessed about him anymore. I still feel a tinge of sadness when I think about him, and I admit, sometimes he appears in my dream (but then a lot of random people appear in my dreams too). However, I am OK with that sadness because I know it will lessen over time. Plus, I don't think about him that often anymore. Alhamdulillah. So the first step---cutting off from the drug completely---is SO crucial. The second step is very important too, but it's easier for a Muslim.
Just want to share it with my sisters who are suffering from unnecessary heartaches.
